These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at https://npkr.cam (the "Platform"), operated under the brand name npkr ("we", "us", "our"). The Platform is an English-language online betting and casino information service designed primarily for users in Pakistan.

By accessing or using the Platform — whether as a registered user or a casual visitor — you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

By accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and any other policies or notices published on the Platform, including the Privacy Policy;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction;
• Your access to and use of the Platform does not violate any law or regulation applicable in your jurisdiction;
• You will use the Platform solely for lawful, personal and non-commercial informational purposes.

• npkr does not hold any gambling, betting or gaming license issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), any provincial government or any other Pakistani regulatory authority.
• npkr does not accept bets, wagers or financial deposits from users.
• npkr does not process withdrawals or manage player account balances.
• All bonus offers, promotional examples and payment method references published on the Platform are illustrative examples only. They describe what is commonly available on third-party Operators' platforms and do not constitute offers, guarantees or representations by npkr.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, npkr grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial informational purposes only. Specifically, you may:

• Browse, read and share Platform content for personal use;
• Use the Platform's educational resources, glossaries and guides to develop your understanding of online betting and casino terminology;
• Navigate to third-party Operators' sites referenced on the Platform in accordance with those Operators' own terms and conditions;
• Contact npkr via the contact details published on the Platform for genuine enquiries.

You must not, under any circumstances:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Applicable Law;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, databases or related systems;
• Reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, resell or exploit any Content without prior written authorisation from npkr;

• Facilitate access to the Platform by minors, or assist any person who is legally prohibited from accessing gambling-related information in their jurisdiction.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your access to the Platform and, where applicable, referral to the relevant legal authorities.

All Content published on the Platform — including but not limited to text, articles, guides, images, graphics, layouts, logos and the overall compilation of the Platform — is the intellectual property of npkr or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

The limited licence granted to you under Clause 6 does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. You may not use the npkr brand name, logo or any Content for commercial purposes without express written consent.

Third-party trademarks referenced on the Platform — including payment provider names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — remain the property of their respective owners. Their mention on the Platform does not imply affiliation, partnership or endorsement.

The Platform may contain descriptions of, or references to, third-party Operators, game providers, payment processors and sports leagues. npkr does not endorse any specific third party and makes no representations about the accuracy, completeness or reliability of third-party information.

If you access a third-party Operator's platform from any reference on this site, you do so at your own risk and subject entirely to that Operator's own terms, conditions, privacy policy and applicable regulations. npkr accepts no responsibility for the content, practices or policies of any third-party platform.

The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, npkr expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement;
• Any warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of viruses or other harmful components;
• Any warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or reliability of any Content, including bonus figures, payment processing times, odds data or regulatory information;
• Any warranty that access to the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.

npkr does not guarantee gambling winnings, predict betting outcomes, or represent that any strategy, system or guide published on the Platform will produce positive financial results. Gambling involves risk and the possibility of financial loss.

To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, npkr, its directors, officers, employees, agents and content contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Any decision to wager, bet or gamble made in reliance on Content published on the Platform;

In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain types of liability, npkr's liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Users in Pakistan are advised that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and associated provincial legislation impose significant restrictions on gambling activities in Pakistan. npkr does not claim that access to this Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions and expressly disclaims any responsibility for a user's failure to comply with local laws.

Where npkr publishes information about welcome offers, reload bonuses, cashback promotions or other incentive structures, users must note the following:

• All PKR figures used as examples (e.g., "100% Welcome Offer — up to PKR 25,000") are illustrative only and do not represent guaranteed, live or currently available promotions from any specific Operator.
